Teach where you already are
Tell us the countries you can deliver in and we schedule you there. Most of our faculty train in their home market first — no relocation, no visa scramble.
We run the logistics
Venue, delegate recruitment, materials production, travel and accommodation, invoicing and certification are all handled in-house. You prepare and you teach.
Your IP stays yours
We co-design the programme brief with you. The intellectual property in the material you bring remains yours — we license delivery, not ownership.
Continental reach
A programme that fills in Nairobi often repeats in Kigali, Accra or Dubai. Faculty who perform well move onto the recurring calendar across markets.
Multilingual delivery
We schedule programmes in a range of languages across our markets. If you teach in more than one, that widens where we can place you.

Complete the three-step application — who you are, what you teach, and where and how you can deliver. Add a CV or portfolio link if you have one.

Screening
We check your experience against the discipline we're recruiting for and come back to you within five business days, either way.

Conversation
An in-depth call about your discipline, your teaching philosophy, and the audience you want to serve.

Demo Session
You deliver a 30–45 minute teaching demo to our faculty panel and a small participant focus group.
- 05
Onboard & schedule
We co-design the programme brief, agree your fee, and slot you onto the calendar in the countries you selected.
Questions
Before you apply.
Do I have to live in a country where you run training?
No. Your country of residence and the countries you can deliver in are asked separately on the application. Many of our faculty are based in one market and travel to two or three others; others train only in their home country. Both work.
What if my country isn't on your venue list?
Tell us anyway — the application has a free-text field for exactly this. We open new venue countries as demand builds, and a strong local practitioner is often what makes a new market viable.
Is this employment or a freelance engagement?
Faculty are engaged programme by programme, not employed. You agree a fee per delivery up front. Travel, accommodation and on-the-ground logistics are covered by us.
Can I train only online?
Yes. Live online is one of the delivery formats on the application, and a meaningful share of our calendar runs virtually. Select it on its own if in-person travel doesn't suit you.
Do I need to bring my own course material?
You bring the expertise and a point of view; we co-design the programme brief, structure the curriculum against our house format, and produce the participant materials.
My specialisation isn't in your discipline list. Should I still apply?
Yes. The disciplines shown are the categories we currently publish, but we add new ones when a practitioner makes the case. Describe your specialism in the application and we'll assess it on its merits.
How long does the process take?
We respond to every application within five business days. From first response to a scheduled demo is typically three to four weeks, depending on your availability and ours.
